Office Manager - Retail
Vanguard Computers in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, seeks a sales and customer service focused retail management leader to cultivate and WOW our customers by driving a proactive sales and management culture emphasizing our relentless customer service. Must be able to handle heavy phone traffic, manage technician job scheduling, inventory control and provide proactive support to all staff members. Individual must possess high degree of computer skills and prior experience in a retail environment and management capacity. Brooklyn resident preferred.

Receptionist - Cashier
We need a full-time or part-time candidate to work a heavy multi-line phone system in a retail store with the ability to take accurate messages and to follow-up on them. Will handle customer inquiries, type letters, order inventory, update inhouse and ebay store websites and ring up retail sales on POS. You will also be required to complete general office duties such as: filing, faxing, coping, scanning and light data entry.
Must have exceptional communication skills and clear speaking voice. General office knowledge, a professional appearance and prior computer experience required. Interest in computers a plus, but not necessary. Prefer Brooklyn resident.
Sales Associate -Retail
The Sales Associate professional we seek will thrive in a fast-pace retail environment with multiple challenges. Candidate must possess the ability to produce consistent sales growth in our video surveillance systems, and our menu of other computer-related services and products. You must be able to demonstrate an extremely aggressive approach to sales and an intense burning desire to succeed. Establishing and maintaining a productive working relationship with team members, and customers is essential as is possessing a strong customer service ethic.
Interest in leading-edge computer technology a plus. Prior sales and/or retail experience a must.
